6/20/15 - Lexington, KY

It started raining in the middle of the night and it rained for most of the day.  It was the remnants from tropical storm Bill.  We decided to wash sheets, towels and clothes this morning.  Jim wanted to go see Bud’s Gun Shop, one of the largest gun dealers in the U.S.  Then we drove to Beer Engine Brewing in Danville.  We met some misplaced Texans there, Jim & Jean Adkins.  They were very nice and bought us a beer. The sun finally came out and we drove back through Lexington to Paris to another brewery, Rooster Brewing.  Not too far from the campground was a DDD – the Parkette Drive In.  We had burgers, tater tots and a chocolate malt.
